Limit of Liability

We take great care to ensure that your valuable photos, film and digital images are well cared for and protected. We also strive to provide the best quality products and services and truly believe in our mission of customer service.

However, we are human and sometimes things may happen that are beyond our control. So, our legal eagles have insisted that we provide our customers with the following statement.

Limit of Liability

Submitting any film, print, slide, negative or digital file/media or other materials to Process One for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by Process One, our subsidiary or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault by Process One, our subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing.

Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or digital file/media or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
